Ice House America currently has two products, the Ice House and the Ice Hut which produces, stores, bags, and vends ice to the consumer in an automated fashion. These buildings are equipped with sales counters that track the amount of cash deposits. Optional water dispensing on the Ice House also provides customers a low cost alternative to bottled water. If a problem occurs, the systems will automatically telephone the owner or maintenance technician and notify them of the problem. With large ice makers the Ice House/Ice Hut is capable of delivering 500/200 sixteen-pound bags of ice per day.

The Ice House America® Ice Houses/Ice Huts are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and the product is always fresh, chewable ice. The Ice House America® buildings are NAMA certified and meet all applicable building codes for each state in which they are placed. This includes withstanding 150 mile per hour winds.

All Ice House America® ice vending machines are subject to the standards of the applicable government food and safety regulatory agencies in their respective states and communities.
